Camp Season
In January, camp season begins. This is our biggest ministry here. Between 300-320 kids come and get to hear the good news of Jesus Christ. These children come from all over Costa Rica and are brought here to be loved, fed, provide comfortable sleeping arrangements and also learn about the one who created them. Before leaving our team makes sure these kids are plugged in to a local body of believers so they can continue growing in their faith.
Pastor & Leaders Conference
Pastor Chino started this ministry after retiring from pastoring El Lugar for 20+ years. He felt God calling him to be the Pastor to the Pastors. He supports local Pastors, holds a Pastors conference annually, and will preach for them when needed.
Womens Conference
This is an event that Helen organizes annually for the ladies of the churches that we partner with. They are able come together to dive into the word and fellowship with one another.
Dunamis
Dunamis is a camp where Christian youth and young adults come together to grow their faith and help them become leaders of their communities. We have breakout sessions, preaching, teaching, and worship time.
VBS
Vacation Bible School is a 3 day event where kids of the community come out to play games, fellowship and learn about Jesus.
Worship Fest
Worship Fest is a big event where over 200 young people come together to worship. Different churches from all over the country come together for a day and fellowship with one another.
Camp Mission Trip
We are coming up on the third year of going on mission trips out of the country. We not only wanted to help our community but also serve other people in different areas. We have partnered with New Life in Mexico the past two years. We help serve in their church and also local schools. In January they come and serve with us during Camp Season.
Groups & Teams
Our staff is very much involved in helping local bodies of believers and serving them alongside with groups from the states. Not only ministering to others but also growing our own faith in God. We also go to the states to share about our ministry to grow our support system and ask for prayers.
Soccer School
Our soccer ministry is made up of local kids around our community. This is a time where kids are able to learn skills about the most popular sport in their country but most importantly a time where our staff can share Jesus with them.
Girls Meeting
This is a new ministry we were able to start this year with the girls of our community. It's a safe space for these young ones to open their hearts and know the love of Christ.
Los Guido Bible Study
Los Guido is a very important place to our ministry. Brittney's heart was here and this is where she wanted to serve. Being able to have a bible study here is a dream we've had for a long time.
